1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) are typically processed the same business day (business days only). Orders placed after the cut-off time may begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $70 within the United States.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier.

6. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Lost in transit (before delivery is confirmed): If your package appears stalled or lost in transit, contact us at contact@tonkabliss.com. We will reasonably assist in opening a claim or trace with the shipping carrier when applicable.

Damaged upon arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the outer packaging and product so we can assist you.

Marked delivered but not received: If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first to initiate a trace. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, customers are responsible for securing their delivery location. We will reasonably assist with carrier claims when applicable. Refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays may occur. If an order is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
