Return & Refund Policy
At TonkaBliss, we take quality and authenticity seriously. Because fragrances are personal-care items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1) Eligibility for Returns

Unopened & Unused Only: We accept returns only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging, including any cellophane wrap and manufacturer seals.

Time Window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and the email used at checkout are required.
For safety and integrity reasons, opened, tested, sprayed, or partially used fragrances cannot be returned or refunded.
2) Non-Returnable Items
Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
Opened or used fragrances, or items with broken manufacturer seals
Gift Cards and digital products
Free gifts and complimentary 5ml vials included with an order
3) Return Process

Request Authorization: Email contact@tonkabliss.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the sealed product and outer packaging.

Approval & RMA: If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions.

Ship Back: Items must be returned unused, sealed, and securely packaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error, a confirmed defect, or a verified carrier issue (such as documented shipping damage or misdelivery).

Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
4) Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear.

Items that do not meet return eligibility requirements will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
5) Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. To modify or cancel an order, contact contact@tonkabliss.com immediately after checkout.

If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible and standard return rules apply.
6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Damaged in Transit: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box, packaging, and item.

Incorrect Item: Notify us within 48 hours and we will provide a prepaid return label.

Manufacturer Defects: Contact us within 7 days with clear photos or video for evaluation.
7) Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered, responsibility typically transfers to the customer.

However, TonkaBliss will reasonably assist customers in filing carrier claims when applicable. Refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered are not automatically guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
8) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after completing an eligible return.
9) International Orders

We currently ship only within the United States.
10) Authenticity Guarantee
All fragrances sold by TonkaBliss are 100% authentic. We source our products from reputable distributors and trusted suppliers. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Verified claims will be refunded or replaced.
